This was a longer plaid mini skirt purchased from Tilly’s a few years ago. My kid’s loss is your win. There were some adjustments made but I can assure you the waistband closure and zipper are in great condition.
The skirt was cut off to make it shorter. It was never hemmed because that was the desired look. Obviously if you want to hem it, it will be much much shorter than it already is.
