I'm not sure if this is exactly considered burnout fabric but it looks very similar and I can't seem to find another fabric name that comes close to looking like this one. It is a very loose and uneven jersey knit but doesn't have slubs.

Burn test reveals this fabric is made from a blend of natural & synthetic fibers.
