I'm having a mental block of imagination with this fabric because I don't know if this is a Flock of Seagulls or a Host of Sparrows ? And yes, I did have to look up what a group of sparrows was called. I thought this might have been a Bevy of Doves too. So you see, I have a lot to think about before making a suggestion for it's use.
Thankfully, I was able to get a hit from Google Lens and came across this exact fabric that is on an Anthropologie dress called Francesca's Green Sparrow Faux Wrap Dress. So at least you can visualize it.
