Unsure if this is exactly upholstery fabric nor am I certain this is considered "crinkled velveteen" .... I'm just giving it a name that seems to describe to you what it is.
Halloween is calling and I think this is a good way to answer the call. I think this would be great for creating decor instead of garments and if you take your time with your selections you can even create something to put out for the spooky season, year after year.
