One side is all the same red fabric with polka dots and the other side has a panel that makes up the majority of that side. (see our other listings for other prints/sizes). The top area is a a little uneven but when it comes to Christmas decorations, the more is literally merrier so being that it’s a pillow case it shouldn’t be that noticeable.
