What in the milky way are these/is this? I love donation bins where you come across mystery pieces.
I am envisioning the elastic band to go around a waist or neck? But it has no closure (I hate that, I NEED closure!! you?)
The sleeves are giant and lightweight and the fabric is like a flowy metallic polyester you’d use for a prom dress, basically. You can see that these were made with the intention of being a “cold shoulder/entire arm” ? or maybe just so your armpit has a/c ?
Although most would just toss this, the fabric is SOOOOO usable for other things. I know someone will commit a galactic rescue of this futuristic textile project that has gone unfinished or abandoned.
