Well, no matter what you decide this costume is.... the size is not listed on the label but my kid has worn this a few times and I would have to make a guess at a size 3 juniors/misses or size 4 women's
The front from top of the criss-cross lacing to end of the lace at the bottom is 22 "
The waist is appx 24-26"
The chest area is appx 28"
Keep in mind the fabric is stretch faux-suede so you have some room.
